Bridget Bell


Bridget Bell McMahon is the author of McLeary’s Mulligan. Published in 2004, it earned Finalist honors in both the ForeWord Magazine Book of the Year Award and in the USA Book News “Best Books” Award. Many rewrites later, her screenplay adaptation of McLeary’s Mulligan was named Finalist in the Emerging Screenwriters Screenplay Competition 2013, and after even more rewrites, Finalist in the 2016 Las Vegas International Screenwriting Competition. Another script, Love, Dementia & Rock ‘N Roll, was recently named Finalist in the 2016 Creative World Awards. A Georgetown University graduate, Bridget is a member of Women in Film & Video-D.C., and the Maryland Writers’ Association.
