Gregg Ward


Gregg Ward, a former specialist trainer for the New York City Police Department, is an acclaimed author, speaker, consultant and executive coach with over 25 years of experience focusing on respect, leadership and executive presence for clients like ADP, Booz Allen Hamilton, Harley-Davidson, Kaiser Permanente, QUALCOMM, the US Navy and Warner Bros. Studios. He is the Founder of what is now being called “the Respectful Leader movement,” and the author of The Respectful Leader: Seven Ways to Influence Without Intimidation. A Business Fable. (Wiley, July 2016) and Bad Behavior, People Problems & Sticky Situations: A Tool Book for Managers and Team Leaders (re-released by IBI, 2015). He’s a Board Certified Coach, a recovering journalist with many UK media credits, and a member of the adjunct faculty at the prestigious Center for Creative Leadership.
