How To Build Your Self Confidence

Have you ever wanted to do something but felt terrified to start?

Maybe, some self-confidence could help. When you start to feel unsure of yourself remember, we are all born with confidence and when we lose it, we can get IT back if we turn off the thoughts that threaten IT.

We all have to learn which parts of you are YOU and which parts YOU think “YOU should be.” As you use your strengths and improve your weak spots, you will develop more confidence along the way. Look for your successes in each day and you will soon notice over time that they will increase.

Don’t worry if you are not confident in what you can do now – be confident in your potential.

Have you ever noticed that when you go out and do things that really terrify you, that the confidence comes AFTER? Like everything else in life your confidence will improve with practice. You may have confidence in some areas and not in others; that is how it works. Learn to draw from the areas where you are self-assured.

Above all, remember you are capable and worthy, regardless of what you have achieved, regardless of what mistakes you have made. Believe this with all your heart and watch your confidence grow!
