Dr. Len Lopez is a nutrition and fitness expert, and author of To Burn or Not to Burn – Fat is the Question and creator of the WorkHorse Fitness Trainer, aka….The Portable Pullup Bar. His background for over 17 years in both sports medicine and strength training helped him understand the need and benefit of something like the Portable Pullup Bar. His passion is health and fitness and believes that training and dieting smarter – not harder or longer is the key. He has written many articles on health and fitness, as well as, appeared on a number of radio and television shows discussing health and fitness.
