JC Niala

JC Niala loves people. She began her journey of working with people as an Osteopath & Naturopath and for the last 12 years has run a total of 7 practices on 2 continents where she has helped thousands of people improve the quality of their lives.

She also has a fascination for people's stories and so, as a fourth generation working mother herself, interviewed over 100 women on 5 continents about their experiences.

She drew practical examples from these interviews and shared this with women around the world through her book "Beyond Motherhood: A guide to being a great working mother while living your dream"

Her book shares wisdom of working mothers and inspires others who may feel that it is but a myth that it is possible to have the life that you imagined.
