Jen O'Connell has 18 years of being on the "front lines" of wireless product management across the ecosystem of devices, networks and services has contributed directly towards the substantial growth in the way we communicate, as the wireless industry continues evolve into an IP environment.

As a consultant to Silicon Valley & Ericsson, Jen have contributed Thought Leadership in a variety of areas including IMS, VoLTE, Rich Communication Suite (RCS), HD Voice, XaaS, Cloud, APIs, HTML5 and other emerging technologies. Jen has worked with AT&T's Emerging Devices group to launch Tablets, Embedded computing and Enterprise devices.

Through Voice of Wireless, Jen has lent her expertise as a wireless expert on Wall Street advising Private Equity firms, VCs and others looking to better understand the industry and emerging trends. She's advised a variety of companies in developing Mobile Applications, executing Mobile Marketing programs and other areas that rely on Mobile to distribute their content/services.

In 2007, Jen O'Connell published her first book called "Cell Phone Decoder Ring" which educates the public on wireless. In addition, created & presented "Wireless 101" training seminars for companies looking to better understand the current technology as well as the rapidly changing environment.

Jen O'Connell has appeared as a wireless expert within the media, frequently being interviewed on TV (ABC, CBS, FOX, MSNBC, Bloomberg and The Tyra Banks Show), Radio (XM Radio, Mancow in the Morning and other National Syndicates) and Print (from Reuters to Life & Style Weekly).
