Linda Tabach


Linda Tabach is a Holistic Health Coach who recently graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is also a blogger, writer, workshop presenter, running coach, and half marathoner.

Linda blogs at Lemons.Life.Love; writing about nutrition, fitness, food and wellness for men and women in the midlife years. She is the Program Director for the Galloway running program in Montgomery County, Maryland, is a guest blogger on sites such as Spirit of Purpose and has been featured in the Huffington Post and the book Healthy Tipping Point.


Linda started running four years ago and has completed 24 races, including three half marathons. Maybe for her 60th birthday she’ll run a marathon.
