Robert Sollars

Robert D. Sollars brings more than 30 years of experience in the security field to his company, Sollars Security Shield, and his book One is too Many: Recognizing & Preventing Workplace Violence. He specializes in providing workplace violence prevention training& consulting to businesses. Robert has studied, researched, written, and presented seminars on workplace violence for more than 20 years. He has a strong protective drive to protect the lives of others. Despite going blind in 2003 he has persisted in this goal and has continued to write, appear in the media as an expert, He is currently the Public Relations Chair and legislative Chair for the Phoenix Chapter of ASIS International.
