Sonya T. Cruel, The Transition Coach, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified life coach. Her experience spans healthcare, nonprofit and educational sectors. She is also a respected member of the clergy. As a published author, Sonya’s first book Divorce in the Upper Room, describes her transition from married pastor’s wife to divorcee rebuilding a life of individuality. Sonya’s personal triumphs include the defeat of breast cancer twice and advocating for others as they navigate the devastation that comes with survival.
