Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the number of moments that take your breath away.
Why not celebrate each day as Thanksgiving by living with the spirit of the day?
Why not live each day appreciating what we have in life and not just on Thanksgiving Day. Look at all the goodness, beauty and love that surrounds our lives. Really value what you see and live with an attitude of gratitude.
There are so many people who touch our lives each day, like the grocer, the postman, the office manager, and the elevator men. Though you will never meet them all, show appreciation to the people who cross your path each day. A warm “thank you” from your heart will really touch their day and mean a lot to them as they go through their daily work day.
Celebrate each day.
We are so blessed with so much abundance, from all the material things we own, our homes or apartments, our wisdom, and our love for others. Maybe others can see this and be inspired as we walk through our day.
Truly appreciate your loved ones. Say those treasured things you meant to say to them and let them know. Sometimes all they want is some quality time with you and your presence. Little things make a huge difference.
Become conscious of the joy you get from all the positive acts you share with others. When you give the gift of your smile or a kind word to others, you create a ripple effect of joy that can touch many lives down the stream.
